Hemp Salmon Cakes

  • 12 – 14 ounces boneless Wild Alaskan Sockeye Salmon 
  • 1/3 cup Hennessy’s Hemp Seeds 
  • 2/3 cup bread crumbs 
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts 
  • 1/3 cup chopped onions 
  • 2 Tablespoons flour 
  • 2 Tablespoons mustard 
  • 3 eggs 
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil Salt, Pepper, and Garlic to your preference 

Mix the eggs, mustard, olive oil and salmon. Then add dry ingredients and mix it all up. Form patties and cook on skillet medium heat with butter until browned on both sides.
