Many states are currently writing their version of regulations, some already have, and every state needs to submit their own version of regulations to USDA for approval or allow for application through the USDA’s program. Regardless of the hoops and hurdles, some dedicated farmers are growing Hemp for Food and the mission of Hennessy’s Hemp is to partner with and support these American Hemp Farmers.
