Storing hulled hemp seeds in the refrigerator is a good idea to extend the shelf life and preserve the freshness of your hemp seeds, however it is not necessary.We do recommend storing your hulled hemp seeds in a glass jar for extended periods of time. Generally speaking, a pound of hemp seeds is usually consumed within 3-8 weeks. Any longer than 8 weeks and we recommend storing in the refrigerator or a glass jar.

Yes! Hennessy’s Hemp Seeds are Cold-Processed under 104°F from Raw, Fresh hemp seeds. Then a mechanical process is employed to remove the inner ‘meat’ from the shell of the seed, giving us wonderfully delicious, nutritious, and bioavailable hulled hemp seeds, (hemp hearts).
