Hemp Almond Spread

  • 2 cups almonds (soaked for 12 – 48 hrs) 
  • 1 cup Hennessy’s Hemp Seeds 
  • 1 cup soaked sunflower seeds (soaked for 4 – 6 hrs)
  • 3 carrots and 3 stalks celery, finely chopped 
  • 1 red bell pepper, finely chopped 
  • 1/2 finely chopped red onion 
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped 
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice (fresh is best) 
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt 
  • 1/4 teaspoon curry powder 
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne powder 

Use blender or food processor to combine almonds, Hennessy’s Hemp Seeds, sunflower seeds, and carrots. Transfer to mixing bowl and add the celery, bell pepper, red onion, parsley, lemon juice, sea salt, and spices. Mix well and enjoy!
