Hemp Hummus

  • 2 (14oz) cans of Garbanzo Beans (drained and rinsed) 
  • 1/3 cup Hennessy’s Hemp Seeds 
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice (fresh is best) 
  • 1/4 cup sesame tahini, well stirred 1 clove garlic 
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin 
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper 
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt 3 Tablespoons olive oil 
  • 2 – 4 Tablespoons cold water (to your preferred consistency) 

Blend all ingredients in blender or food processor and enjoy!
