- 2 (14oz) cans of Garbanzo Beans (drained and rinsed)
- 1/3 cup Hennessy’s Hemp Seeds
- 1/4 cup lemon juice (fresh is best)
- 1/4 cup sesame tahini, well stirred 1 clove garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon sea salt 3 Tablespoons olive oil
- 2 – 4 Tablespoons cold water (to your preferred consistency)
Blend all ingredients in blender or food processor and enjoy!
